Batata Vada or Aloo Vada

Popularly known as Vada pav is very popular and famous street food.. Today I have served this without pav with tea.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

For stuffing.. mash bpil potatoes and keep aside.

* Step 2

Take one kadai, add oil. Allow it to heat. Add mustard seeds and let it splutter.

* Step 3

Add ginger garlic paste. Saute for one min. Add boil potatoes, haldi, salt, curry leaves and mix well.

* Step 4

Add coriander leaves and switch off the gas. Let it cool.

* Step 5

By the time lets make the batter. Take besan and add ajwain, red chilli powder salt and mix well with water as required. Keep aside for 5 mins.

* Step 6

Make small balls of aloo.

* Step 7

Now keep oil for frying. Add soda in batter

* Step 8

Mix well and dip aloo into the batter and fry. Likewise do for others.

* Step 9

Fry till golden.. ur vadas r ready to be served with green chutney..
