Christophine is another name for Chayote Squash. Storge is because it takes on other flavors when cooked. * Healthy, but may counteract blood thinners

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Peel squash under water (sensitive to your skin) as a cucumber. Be careful it's very slippery.

* Step 2

Clean pepper and onion.

* Step 3

Chop squash, pepper and onion and boil them in water (salt and a splash of oil optional) until tender about 12 minutes. Drain.

* Step 4

Plate and add a side of chicken. (warm or cool)

* Step 5

Dress with grape seed oil and fresh lime juice. (Salt and pepper optional)

* Step 6

Raspberries may be crushed in or eaten separately.
