Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the steak 4 mins per side, ~30 seconds per edge. Add garlic ~2 mins into cooking first side. Cook all sides of the garlic. When cooking second side, top with thyme and butter. Baste the steak with the juices.

* Step 2

Let the steak sit for 10 mins. While the steak sits, cook the asparagus in the skillet. Season with salt and pepper.
