Scallion egg

A new recipe for my leftover spring onion.

Ingredient

eggs

2 stalks

spring onion

100 ml

water

2 tablespoons

starch flour

1/2 teaspoon

salt

2 tablespoons

cooking oil

1 teaspoon

white vinegar

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop the spring onion.

Mix the starch flour with water. Add the eggs. Add salt and vinegar. Beat well.

* Step 3

Sieve the egg mixture.

* Step 4

Heat up cooking oil in the frying pan with medium heat. Add the egg mixture, follow by spring onion and pepper. Flip to half when almost cooked. Garnish with sweet chilli sauce.
