Southwest Egg 🥚 Bake
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
In a large bowl combine your eggs, salt, black pepper, cumin, crushed red pepper, garlic powder, whole milk and chunky salsa, whisk thoroughly……
* Step 3
Next add to eggs your drained sliced black olives and Goya small red beans, stir everything together ……
* Step 4
Spray a 9X13 inch baking pan with butter cooking spray …
* Step 5
Pour your egg mixture into baking pan, then top with shredded cheddar cheese…..
* Step 6
Sprinkle your dried chives all over cheese ……
* Step 7
Bake, uncovered, in a preheated 350 degree oven for 40 - 50 minutes, or until center of eggs are set when you stick a toothpick into it …..
* Step 8
Let cool for about 20 minutes, cut into squares, top each serving with extra salsa, sour cream, add your toast OR English muffin and enjoy 😉!!
