Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Wash Kothimbir (remove edges)
* Step 3
Make garlic chilli ginger paste. (Make sure water is less as Kothimbir secretes water)
* Step 5
Add 2 spoon besan and 1 spoon rice flour.
* Step 6
Add turmeric, tikhat masala, salt and hing. Dhanya jeera chi powder also. (Optional jaggery). mix oil little as well.
* Step 7
Make patties using rawa and corn flour.
