Wanted a BBQ type chicken without having to use the grill. Taste is awesome

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Place chicken in container and add marinade and chill for several hours. I do this just for the extra flavor.
* Step 2
Heat oven to 350 and place chicken on pan. Sprinkle and rub in Galena Street Rub.
* Step 3
Bake till chicken juices are clear. I elevated my chicken so the juices didn't melt off the rub.
