Elephant ears/ churro waffles

These are really delicious I made them so much that I ran out of cinnamon! Anyway I wouldn't deep fry them because no matter how much oil you put they sink and get stuck to the bottom of the pan but the skillet works flawlessly and same with the waffle iron just don't forget the nonstick spray!

Ingredient

Food ration :

Cooking time :

15 mins
2 1/2 tbsp

white sugar

1/2 tsp

salt

1 cup

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Mix all ingredients together except cinnamon and sugar mix

* Step 2

Heat a skillet with a pool of oil or waffle iron. For waffle iron cook the batter for as long as you'd cook a normal waffle, for the skillet cook until white-ish golden brown.

* Step 3

After taking out of the oil coat in cinnamon and sugar mix and serve, if you are using the waffle iron then just sprinkle the sugary cinnamon on top.
