Chop zucchini and squash in pieces
* Step 5
Saute zucchini and squash with butter in pan
* Step 6
Add rice to boiling water, let simmer (occasionally stirring)
* Step 7
Place rice on dish add zucchini and squash mixture
* Step 8
Top with chicken strips and garnish with parsley
