Cooking instructions

* Step 1

slice potatoes into square pieces

* Step 2

add salt and pepper, oregano

* Step 3

put potatoes in pan with a little canola oil

* Step 4

cook on medium heat

* Step 5

unravel crescent biscuits and place ham slices in them

* Step 6

roll biscuits into crescent form, place on cookie sheet with a little butter

* Step 7

cook eggs but make over easy scramble eggs

* Step 8

add oregano, seasoning salt, pepper

* Step 9

transfer potatoes from pan to cookie sheet

* Step 10

butter cookie sheet

* Step 11

cook potatoes in oven for 15 mins, occasionally tossing potatoes

* Step 12

place biscuits in oven for 10mins, watch carefully

* Step 13

serve hot
