Cooking instructions
* Step 1
bring water to a boil, add salt and butter
* Step 2
season pork steak with (parsley, Italian seasoning, lemon pepper)
* Step 3
place meat on greased cookie sheet
* Step 4
Bake for about 40min at 400F, flipping over at about 20 min of cooking (roughly 40mins)
* Step 5
saute mixed vegetables and add butter, salt and pepper
* Step 6
add rice to boiling water, reduce to low heat stirring occasionally
* Step 7
scoop done rice on plate, one side spread vegetables down and on other side place the pork steak down
* Step 8
pour just a little bbq sauce on meat
