Sensational Sloppy Joes
My family loves these sloppy joes. I make them at Summer family gatherings. Never disapointing and well worth the work.

* Step 1
Brown ground chuck until done put in colander to drain in sink. Saute red bell peppers and onion with 2 tbls of oil in large skillit until soft. In med. Bowl whisk together catsup, tomato paste, brown sugar, worchestershire sauce, vinegar, dry mustard, salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes and water. Put drained meat back into skillit and add whisked ingredients. Bring to a boil then reduce heat to med low and simmer until thick. Stir occasionally.
