Airfryer sweet potato with cream cheese dip
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel the sweet potato. Chop the sweet potato into chunky cubes.
* Step 2
Coat the sweet potato with a bit of oil.
* Step 3
Season with salt and pepper.
* Step 4
Roast the potatoes in your airfryer fpr 30 minutes at 180°C.
* Step 5
Cream cheese dip: Roast the garlic clove for 5 minutes in the airfryer.
* Step 6
In a blender, blend the roasted garlic clove, cream cheese, milk, lemon juice, salt and pepper. Serve with the roasted sweet potato.
