Lemon sorbet

Ingredient

250 ml

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl whisk fresh lemon juice, water and sugar together, until sugar is dissolved

* Step 2

Three ways to churn:

One: You can churn in your ice cream maker according to machine's instruction

* Step 4

Two: You can also place ice with coarse salt in a zip lock bag. Add mixture in another bag and place in ice bag. Shake until ice crystals form.

* Step 5

Three: You can set in a flat pan and freeze, scratching with a fork or spoon every 30 minutes, making it more in a granita style.
