For weeks since this horrible corona virus come around I been thinking and trying out some recipes for cheap & Easy ways to create some nice dishes at home... when I was making fresh pasta, I realised how useful & tasty the egg is! #budgetrecipe

Ingredient

2 kg

Salt

container

Air tight

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First you need to make sure your tub is clean & dry & you have enough salt for this recipe

Now put 1kg of salt into the the container

Use a egg to press down in the salt with a soft round movement to create a dip to catch your yolks

* Step 4

Now one the 8 egg beds I like call them are ready serprate the egg yolks & whites placing the egg yolks on the salt

* Step 5

Once all 8 egg yolks are places cover the eggs with the remaining 1kg of salt

Put the lid on and leave in the fridge for 4 days

4 days later.... 🍾🥂🇬🇧

* Step 8

Remove front the salt be gentle when doing this.

Wash & pat dry placing the yolks onto baking paper

80 degrees for 45 mins then flip

* Step 11

80 degrees for 45 mins remove & cool

* Step 12

Once cool grate over fresh pasta, salads for amazing flavour
