Feeding a teenage boy in the busy morning is not easy. BUT, put everything into omelette is always the safest and simplest option. And they love it!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk eggs, and cut potato into the shape you like. This time, a thick matchstick to enjoy it's texture a bit.

Saute cut potatoes, then add sliced onion. Once potatoes get softer and onion is cooked, add sliced bacon. Try not to burn anything but a bit of surface of potatoes.

Pour eggs on top. Wrap it up and done!!
