Found leftover core part of a pointed cabbage in fridge!

Ingredient

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop garlic into pieces, take out seeds of dried red chilies. Put into the pan with olive oil, before heating. Use low heat.

Cut sliced port belly into 2cm each, roughly. Once the oil smells garlic, add pork. Add salt a bit stronger.

Boil Spagetti for 10min. Add pasta boiling water, roughly two tbsp, to the pan to make sauce.

Before 1 min to cook the spagetti, add chopped pointed cabbage into the pasta boiling water. Then, take out from the water, drain and add to the pan.

Mix all ingredients well and soak up all the juices, then add cooked spagetti.

Parmegiano reggiano and freshly ground black pepper to finish.
