Roasted Cauliflower & Tahini sauce

Easy one on the side, and tasty. Very tasty by itself, but I've tried the Tahini sauce learnt from Ottolenghi's book

Ingredient

tahini paste

lemon

1 clove

garlic

2 tablespoon

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Chop cauliflower into small pieces, pour olive oil and plenty of salt flakes.

Heat 200 for 20 min. Every oven has a slight difference, so adjust as you needed

Tahini Sauce.

The tahini sauce matches really anything from cauliflower to kale, to even salmon.
