From #leftover pork from roasting in the festive season to change it's flavour a bit for a quick lunch dish.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Chop cabbage leaves into 4cm square each, roughly
* Step 2
Mix leftover pork, cabbages and kimchi and saute until the cabbage leaves get softer.
* Step 3
Amount of kimchi depends your taste. Better to have it plenty, as it's acidity give great flavour mixed with pork fat, and taste more refreshing
* Step 4
(The roasted pork from last night)
