Garlic Chilli Cheese Toast
Simple and delicious, this is how I like to describe chilli cheese toast. And with the addition of garlic, it just goes up a notch! 🙌🏼

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Take bread slices, and rub crushed garlic pods on them to release the flavour of the garlic. Sprinkle some olive oil on them.
* Step 2
Cover the slices of bread with mozzarella cheese, and then top them with some chopped green/red chillies. Again top with a little olive oil.
* Step 3
Place the baking tray in oven for 10-12 mins, until the bread crisps up at the bottom and the cheese on top melts.
* Step 5
Note: If you like a lot of garlic flavour, then grate garlic in olive oil, mix and apply that on the bread. You can even replace fresh garlic with powdered garlic.
