Curts chilli
It changes often but this is the base I usually work with
Ingredient

2-4 servings

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Brown ground beef. Add cooking oil and cook until a crust forms. Then flip. Set aside once browned. Light season sat and pepper
* Step 2
Dice a large onion, garlic cloves, and peppers. Keep desired amount of seeds for added heat. For no heat remove seeds entirely
* Step 3
Add oil to large pot and bring to shimmer. Medium heat. Then add onions and cook until fragrant. Couple minutes. Then add in garlic and peppers. Cook another 2 minutes
* Step 4
Add the ground beef to pot. Break up and add the beans(drained and rinsed) tomatoes and beef stock.
* Step 5
If desired use beef stock to deglaze the pan of fond. Then add to pot as well.

Add in desired spices. Or use my list
* Step 7
Simmer on low heat for 2-4 hours.
