Chocolate Reeses pieces cookies in muffin tins

Muffin tins keep cookies from spreading too much. Makes for thick, soft deliciousness.

Ingredient

Food ration :

18 - 24 cookies

Cooking time :

10 minutes
3/4 cup

brown sugar

1 teaspoon

vanilla

1 cup

flour

1/3 cup

cocoa powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Lightly spray 2 muffin tins.

* Step 2

Cream together butter and sugars until fluffy. Mix in vanilla and egg.

* Step 3

In separate bowl combine flour, baking soda, and cocoa.

* Step 4

Add dry to wet and stir to combine. Fold in pieces.

* Step 5

Put walnut size balls of dough in each muffin cup.

* Step 6

Bake about 8 or 9 minutes. Cookies will still be soft but will firm up as they cool. Let them cool before trying to remove from tins. I used an icing spatula to pop them up and out....
