Antipasto Salad (Keto)

I love antipasto platters so I put everything in a salad. The meats can be left out or swapped out. Very versatile and delicious.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Prepare vegetables and put in large bowl.

* Step 2

Drain canned vegetables and add to bowl.

* Step 3

Add all other ingredients and stir to mix.

* Step 4

Refrigerate until ready to serve. Can be made the night before. Enjoy
