Wash the tilapia and put it in a bowl with lemon juice and rest in the refrigerator for 15 min.heat your oil,mix your eggs ,water,and seasonings together in a bowl,place bread crumbs in another.take out your fish and place it in the egg wash then into bread crumbs,then in the grease until cook threw.heat your tortillas and place your fish then coleslaw and pico and enjoy.
