Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First wash and peel the carrot. Now grate the carrot.
* Step 2
Now put the carrot in kadi and cook till water completely soak and stir continuously.
* Step 3
Now add milk in it and cook on high to medium flame till milk completely soak then add malai and stir continuously. Now add sugar and cook it for 5 minutes
* Step 4
Then garnish with cashews and gajar pak is ready to serve.
