Ingredient

5 cups

water

3/4 cup

sugar

2 tbsp

Desi ghee

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Take ghee in Kadai.

* Step 2

Roast the daliya till the colour changes golden brown.

* Step 3

Now add normal water in it and cardamom powder, cook it for 10-15 minutes on medium to low flame, when water soak then add sugar and cook it for two minutes.

* Step 4

Daliya is ready to serve with milk.
