Shavige (sevai)

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Boil some water then add shavige in it, once it boils strain it completely and allow to dry.

* Step 2

Now take a pan, heat oil in it, add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, green chilli, chana dal, urad dal,cashews, capsicum,turmeric powder and salt in it.

* Step 3

Fry it nicely,, then add sugar in it.

* Step 4

Now switch off the stove, then add shavige, lemon and coriander leaves,, mix it well (if need switch on the stove for 2 minutes).

* Step 5

Now shavige is ready to serve.
