Paneer do pyaza

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Dry roast cumin seeds,red dry chilli,black cardamom,cloves,fenugreek seeds then grind all these.

* Step 2

Take oil in pan,add grind onions,tomatoes,green chilli,Ginger garlic paste, and fry it for 10 minutes

* Step 3

Add some water fry it for 10 minutes,add some milk as per taste,add dry roast onion slices and paneer.

* Step 4

Cook it for 5 minutes,now paneer do pyaza ready to serve.
