Semolina balls

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Dry roast the semolina. It should retain it's colour and not change colour.
* Step 2
Boil the water. Add some salt. Add green chillies and 1 tbsp oil.
* Step 3
Mix in the roasted semolina and cook till water evaporates and it becomes a soft dough.
* Step 5
Mash the dough well and make equal lemon sized balls out it.
* Step 6
Steam the balls in a steamer fir 5 to 6 minutes. Remove and keep aside
* Step 7
In a pan heat oil. Add hing and mustard seeds. Let them crackle. Add the urad dal and chana dal.
* Step 8
Cook till the dals become golden. Add in the onion. Cook till it becomes a bit brownish
* Step 9
Add turmeric powder and add the suji balls in the tadka. Make sure you dont break the balls. Add some salt and lime juice and toss them well. Switch off gas.
* Step 10
Garnish with chopped coriander leaves. Serve with any sauce.
