Raw banana kofta curry

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Peel and grate the bananas
* Step 2
In a bowl take the grated bananas potatoes salt hing turmeric powder red chilli powder and besan. Mash well. Make small patties and keep aside.
* Step 4
In a blender take poppy seeds onion and green chillies. Blend finely adding some water. Add tomatoes and blend.
* Step 5
In a kadhai add 2 tbsp of oil. Add jeera hing and bay leaf. When jeera crackles add the grinded poppy paste. Add salt red chilli powder and turmeric powder. Cook till the paste leaves sides. Add water. Bring to a boil. Add the patties. Cook till desired consistency is reached. Switch off gas.
* Step 6
Serve the curry with rice or rotis.
