Stuffed mini dosas
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Soak rice and dal for 8 hours. Drain water and grind smoothly in a blender adding some water. Mix the batters. Add salt and mix well. Add some water for dropping consistency.
* Step 2
Heat oil in a pan. Add rye and hing. Add curry leaves. Saute onions and green chillies till golden. Add tomatoes. Add potatoes salt turmeric powder and mix well.
* Step 3
Heat a tava. Add a ladle full batter. Make mini dosas adding oil on sides. Cook on both sides till done
* Step 4
For assembling. Take a dosa. Add a spoonful of bhaji in between. Make a roll and fasten with a toothpick. Serve with dry podi powder.
