Simple fried rice
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Heat oil in a pressure cooker. Add bay leaf jeera and whole garam masalas. When the jeera turns dark brown add the chopped onion. Then add chopped green chilli.
* Step 2
Add ginger garlic paste. When onions turn golden brown add the rice. Add salt and mix well. Add 1.5 bowl of water. Close the lid and cook for 1 whistle.
* Step 3
Remove the lid and fluff the rice.
* Step 4
Serve with raita or any curry.
