Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind the cashews. Sieve and again repeat till you get a fine powder
* Step 2
Add sugar and water in a pan and heat it.
* Step 3
When water starts boiling and sugar starts sticking add the cashew powder and mix well.
* Step 4
Switch off heat and let the mass cool.
* Step 5
You can add some water if it becomes dry and add more cashew powder if it becomes watery.
* Step 6
Add cinnamon powder and the essence. Mix well and let cool.
* Step 7
Divide the batter into small balls.
* Step 8
With your fingers make a small insertion at top. Add a clove here.
* Step 9
Dissolve the food colours. And with help of a paintbrush paint the apples.
* Step 10
Let the colour dry. The cashew apples are ready to serve.
