Burnt Garlic Fried Rice

Fluffy grains of rice tossed in garlicky oil & blended with veggies packed full of flavor!

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Cook the Basmati rice in a rice cooker and keep it aside. Heat oil in a pan. Add the garlic and fry until the raw smell disappears and it becomes golden crispy & golden brown. To this, add the chopped onions and saute until translucent. Add in the shredded cabbage and cook for 10-12 minutes. Add the soy sauce, vinegar, pepper powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for 1-2 mins. Add the rice and mix well to combine. Garnish with chopped coriander. Remove from flame and serve hot.
