Pistachio and Coconut Stuffed Dates

Get your snack fix with this healthy bite of goodies. The pistachio + coconut mixture paired with sweet medjool dates is simply divine!
Cooking instructions
* Step 1
Grind together the pistachio and desiccated coconut in a food processor/grinder until finely chopped into a coarse powder. Transfer the pistachio-coconut mixture to a small bowl and add the condensed milk & honey. Combine well using a spoon or your hand to press the mixture together in small clumps. If the mixture is too crumbly and does not stick together, add a little more honey or condensed milk. Slice open the top of the dates in a lengthwise and stuff them with the pistachio mixture.
* Step 2
For smaller bites, halves the dates and stuff them like little boats. Serve and enjoy!
