Tuna & olive spinach salad

This Tuna & Olive Spinach Salad uses tahini and lemon juice to make a delicious lunch or snack or serve it stuffed between slices of crusty Italian bread for a sandwich.

Ingredient

1 1/2 tbsp.

lemon juice

1 1/2 tbsp.

water

2 tbsp.

feta cheese

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Whisk together tahini, lemon juice and water.

* Step 2

Add tuna, olives, feta, parsley. Stir to combine.

* Step 3

Place spinach on a plate and top with salad.

* Step 4

Serve with a side of sliced/chopped orange.
