Hot hole sandwich

The Hot Hole Sandwich, which consists of seasoned ground beef mixed within a French roll, is the ideal quick supper or between-mean snack. It’s just about right for iftari.

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

In a bowl combine, olives, parsley/cilantro, and egg. Set aside.

* Step 2

Heat oil in a skillet and add the ground beef. Break the lumps with spin. Cook until no longer pink. Discard excess fat.

* Step 3

Add onion, garlic, and tomato and cook, stirring frequently, until onion is transparent and tomato breaks up.

* Step 4

Remove and stir in the olives-eggs mixture. Mix thoroughly.

* Step 5

Add cheese and mix thoroughly. Set aside, keeping it hot.

* Step 6

Cut the rolls either in half or just a hole on top and pull out the interior crumbs.

* Step 7

Fill the roll holes with the prepared ground meat filling. Serve immediately.
