Lemon Orange Bread

Milk

Egg

2 1/2 tbsp

butter

50 Grams

sugar

15 Grams

Yeast

1/2 Pinch

Salt

Orange Juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

To the milk add the yeast. (make sure that the milk is lukewarm and not hot)

Mix together orange zest, lemon zest and sugar.

To the prepared sugar in step 2 add the eggs and beat until double in volume. While beating add the milk and yeast mixture, orange juice, butter, salt and flour. Now knead to make a dough.

Now grease a baking pan and place the dough on it. Now allow it to rise for 2 hours.

Now apply melted butter on the bread and bake it in a preheated oven at 200 degrees Celsius for 15-20 minutes and then again bake it at 180 degrees Celsius for 5 minutes. Remove from oven, serve and enjoy.
