Instant Chaat Masala
Whenever you are making chaat and you don't have chaat masala at home, try out this instant recipe which is so yummy and tasty.You can use it on top of chaats, bhel, paani Puri paani, papdi chaat, chips, fruits chaat, salads, raita and also in subji, curries and munchies.

Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, mix the spice powders in a glass bowl.
* Step 2
Then dry roast the ajwain, cardamom, cloves and black pepper for 2 minutes.. After cooling, make a powder and sieve it to remove any large bits.
* Step 3
Then mix in all the spices, salt, sugar powder, using a spoon to mix well or run everything through a blender for a smooth powder.
* Step 4
Use this powder on all chaats, salads, raitha and savouries. Store in an airtight glass jar and keep in a cool dry place. Can be stored for a month.
