Instant Chaat Masala

Ingredient

Food ration :

4 to 5 servings

Cooking time :

10 min
2 tablespoons

red chilli powder

1 tablespoon

cumin powder

1 tablespoon

coriander powder

1 tablespoon

sugar powder

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, mix the spice powders in a glass bowl.

* Step 2

Then dry roast the ajwain, cardamom, cloves and black pepper for 2 minutes.. After cooling, make a powder and sieve it to remove any large bits.

* Step 3

Then mix in all the spices, salt, sugar powder, using a spoon to mix well or run everything through a blender for a smooth powder.

* Step 4

Use this powder on all chaats, salads, raitha and savouries. Store in an airtight glass jar and keep in a cool dry place. Can be stored for a month. Enjoy!
