Sprouted Raagi and Moong Dhirde

This recipe is one of the healthiest of recipes for vegetarian and vegan people as it has two main. Super foods combined. Sprouted ragi has abundant calcium, iron , protein and fibre. Sprouted moong has vitamin A, B , calcium, protein, iron and fibre. Combined with besan and wheat flour for added nutrition. Ingredient

Food ration :

4 servings
1 cup

Besan

1 tablespoon

Lemon juice

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, wash the sprouts well. Then blend together in a blender to a smooth paste adding 1/2 cup of water.

* Step 2

Then transfer to a bowl. Add the rest of the flours, cumin seeds, sesame seeds,spices and herbs, ginger garlic paste, and make a smooth paste. Whisk together for a minute. Now keep it covered for 10 minutes.

Heat a skillet. Grease with oil and wipe again. Make round pancakes by pouring laddlefulls of batter and swirling round. Then pour oil on top and at the sides

Cover and cook till done at the base. Then cook on top till golden brown. Serve with prepared cheese dip / pickle/ ketchup or your choice of chutney or even a curry. Enjoy!
