Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, wash and cut the Paneer or cottage cheese in cubes. Then combine then in a bowl with pineapple Cubes.
* Step 2
In another bowl, mix all the spice powders, melted butter, barbeque sauce, lemon juice and mix to a smooth paste.
* Step 3
Apply this paste to the paneer and pineapple all over. Cover the bowl with cling wrap and lid. Keep them marinated for 30 minutes.
* Step 4
Then heat a grilling pan or skillet. Brush with melted butter. Arrange the marinated pieces carefully, leaving a gap in between to allow turning.
* Step 5
Cook on high flame till they are golden and brown on all sides.
* Step 6
To serve, arrange them in toothpicks. For dip, add 1 tsp barbeque sauce, tomato ketchup and mayonnaise sauce and add some chopped coriander leaves.
* Step 7
Arrange the barbecued pieces on plate and serve with the prepared dip and enjoy the party! Your guests will love them.
