Lemon Garlic Chicken

Ingredient

1 tablespoon

butter

1 teaspoon

chopped garlic

to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Add the butter in a non stick wok at medium flame. Add finely sliced onion and sauté till it starts changing its colour.

* Step 2

Add half teaspoon of chopped garlic. Give it all a nice toss and mix.

* Step 3

Add washed chicken, salt and black pepper. Stir and sauté.

* Step 4

Add lemon juice and cover cook for 10 minutes. Do check and stir in between.

* Step 5

You can either keep the consistency of the gravy as semi dry or completely dry as per your taste.

* Step 6

Garnish with remaining sautéed chopped garlic and a lemon slice.
