Garlic Rosemary Smashed Potatoes

Garlic Rosemary Smashed Potatoes

Ingredient

1 tsp

rosemary

1/2 tsp

salt

1/4 tsp

black pepper

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Preheat oven to 425°F.

* Step 2

Place water in medium-sized pot with steamer basket on top and boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender, 12-14 minutes.

* Step 3

Meanwhile, combine 2 tbsp olive oil, 3 tsp garlic, 1 tsp rosemary, 1/2 tsp salt, and 1/4 tsp black pepper in a small bowl.

* Step 4

Place the cooked potatoes on a baking sheet cut side down. Use a meat mallet to smash the potatoes. Top with the oil mixture.

* Step 5

Roast for 15 minutes.
