Garlic Butter Peas and Carrots

#GlobalApron 24 week 4 peas. To me any dish with garlic and butter has to be good.

Ingredient

Food ration :

4-6 servings

Cooking time :

10 minutes
3 tablespoons

unsalted butter

1/2 teaspoon

Kosher salt

1/2 teaspoon

black pepper

1 tablespoon

water

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat.

* Step 2

Add minced garlic and saute 30 -60 seconds until lightly browned.

* Step 3

Add bag of frozen vegetables, salt, pepper and water.

* Step 4

Increase heat to medium high. Cook until water is evaporated and vegetables are coated with the butter and warmed throughout, 5 minutes. about 5 minutes.

* Step 5

Pour into serving dish or directly to the plate.
