Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, roast the nuts in a tablespoon of ghee and keep aside after they turn golden.
* Step 2
Then heat the rest of the ghee and slow roast the vermicelli till golden. Add the mava and roast again on low flame for a minute.
* Step 3
Then add the milk, and cook while stirring till you have a thick mixture. Add sugar and remaining ingredients and cook till sugar dissolves. Then remove from fire. Cool to room temperature.
* Step 4
Add the nuts, garnish with Rose petals and serve! Tastes best when chilled!
