Happy Onam to all! Happy Anant Chaturdashi to all! Onam is celebrated all across Kerala to welcome king Mahabali on the earth! The Onam feast is called Sadhya and it has lota of sweet and savoury delicacies. Also on the day of Ganesha visarjan, we prepare so many recipes to see off Bappa when he leaves for his home! I have prepared this pachadi using a combination of fresh fruits and spices. Chopped pear

2 tablespoons

Fresh grated coconut

2 tsp

Ghee

1 tsp

Urad daal

1/4 tsp

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, mix all the fruits in a bowl.

Prepare to temper with ghee, urad daal, chana daal, green chilies, and thing, and pour on fruits.

Sprinkle with coconut, and lemon juice, and mix. Serve chilled. A delicious offering for Ganesh and onam sadhya is ready!
