Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, mix the milk, Milk powder, and cardamom powder to a smooth paste in a thick-based kadhai. Keep covered for 5 minutes.
* Step 2
Stir and cook on low flame for the next 15 to 20 minutes till the mixture leaves the sides. Add sugar and again stir to cook till you have a mass of mava in the pan. Switch off the heat.
* Step 3
Divide the portion into 2 parts. Then mix the cocoa powder in one part and keep the other one plain white.
* Step 4
Now, set the white one in a lined square tray. Then press the chocolate one very well on top. Cool in refrigerator.
* Step 5
Then cover with silver warq (optional). Offer this delicious Chocolate Mawa Burfi to Shri Krishna and enjoy the blessings…🙏🙏
