Cooking instructions
* Step 1
First, keep the oil to heat in an iron wok on medium heat. Marinate the Baby corn in prepared dry mix.
* Step 2
Combine all the flours, spices and sauces, salt in a bowl. Adding cold water, make a thick and smooth batter with whisk. Break all lumps.
* Step 3
First coat the marinated baby corn with in corn flour. Then dip in batter.
* Step 4
Deep fry in hot oil till crisp from all sides. Serve immediately with chilli and tomato sauce.
