Oil to fry

1 cup

Cornflour

1 tablespoon

Ginger garlic paste

1 tablespoon

Soya sauce

1 tablespoon

Tomato sauce

as required

Salt to taste

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, keep the oil to heat in an iron wok on medium heat. Marinate the Baby corn in prepared dry mix.

* Step 2

Combine all the flours, spices and sauces, salt in a bowl. Adding cold water, make a thick and smooth batter with whisk. Break all lumps.

* Step 3

First coat the marinated baby corn with in corn flour. Then dip in batter.

Deep fry in hot oil till crisp from all sides. Serve immediately with chilli and tomato sauce. Enjoy!
