No Fire Tandoori Mushroom (Microwave)
Try this delicious and quick recipe of Tandoori Mushroom in microwave grill mode and you will get loads of compliments. Easy and protein rich with lots of minerals of Mushroom, this recipe is good for weight management too!

* Step 1
First, wash and dry the mushrooms well. Then take a glass bowl. Add all the ingredients for the marinade.
* Step 2
Whisk well till creamy. Coat the mushrooms with this mixture till covered well from all sides. Then cover and refrigerate for 1 hour.
* Step 3
Now grease a flat microwave dish with butter. Then arrange the marinated mushrooms on it.
* Step 4
Cook in microwave on Grill+microwave mode for 5 to 8 minutes on 70% power and turning after every minute. Or cook in Preheater OTG on grill mode for 10 minutes at 200 °c.
* Step 5
Delicious tandoori mushrooms are ready! Enjoy with favourite chutney or sauce or dip!
