Egg Bhurji with Paav/ scrambled eggs and buns

Ingredient

Cooking time :

10 minutes
1 tablespoon

Ghee

as per taste

Salt

as per taste

pepper

4 pieces

Paav bread

2 tablespoons

Butter

Cooking instructions

* Step 1

First, heat a pan with ghee. Add onions and saute well.

* Step 2

Then saute ginger garlic paste, green chillies and saute for a minute. Then cook tomato till they are soft but not mashed mashed.

Now add the beaten eggs and stir cook till they scramble and form a bhurji or grated eggs like texture. Add salt, pepper and chopped coriander leaves.

Switch off flame and stir well. The egg bhurji is ready. Slit the paav buns in center. Apply a little butter on inside. Roast on a skillet till golden.

* Step 5

Pack the bhurji with paav and keep tomato ketchup packet to go along. Kids will love it.
